Join us, and wear
pink!
Help raise awareness and funds for the fight against breast cancer.
On Saturday, August 23, 2008, the Kitsap County Fair and Stampede will again
join the Tough Enough To Wear Pink? Campaign and
support Harrison Medical Center's Oncology Services.

Join the Kitsap County Stampede and the rest of the Western
industry to help raise awareness and funds for the fight against breast cancer.
This disease touches many, many lives each day and continues to trouble all of
us as spouses, parents, siblings, and friends deal with its presence and
destruction.

The Tough Enough to Wear Pink campaign was first introduced at the 2005 Wrangler
National Finals Rodeo when cowboys and cowgirls were encouraged to wear pink to
show support for the cause and sponsors donated funds. Support was overwhelming,
and the wave continues to grow within the industry and the rodeo community.
The Kitsap County Stampede is committed to this campaign and will honor it at
the August 23rd rodeo performance. Everyone is encouraged to wear pink. Are you Tough Enough
to Wear Pink?
